SOMOs: Core Playable Characters

At the core of SOMO are the SOMOs themselves – unique, collectible characters with their own distinct personalities, abilities, and potential. Each SOMO belongs to a specific class, boasts unique power types, and holds an elemental affinity that determines its strengths and weaknesses in battle. As you progress through the game, you can evolve your SOMOs, unlocking new abilities and increasing their power.

SOMOs as playable characters of the game come in both F2P and NFT versions.

• The F2P version is called Spectral SOMO, which is usable in-game but have limited progression.

• The NFT version is called Prime SOMO, which can be leveled up, equipped, upgraded and customized more extensively. They are also tradable on marketplaces and can earn token rewards.

SOMOs can be acquired through two methods:

• Spectral SOMOs can be acquired through spending in-game currency GOLD. These can be converted to Prime SOMOs using $SOMO token.

• Prime SOMOs generated by the Genesis SOMO NFTs, or converted from Spectral SOMOs, or purchased through gacha mechanism by spending $SOMO token.

Players will need a collection of at least 5 SOMOs to support gameplay. At the beginning of the game, each player account will have enough in-game currency to open a starter pack which contains 5 SOMOs.

SOMO Attributes

The battling ability of SOMOs is based on their inherent attributes. These attributes are decided by several factors:

• SOMO Classes

• Powers

• Affinities

• Evolution Tier

• Synergy between SOMOs

• Artifacts

• Gear

Each of these factors affects the SOMO stats and battling ability in different ways.
